Jack is a multi-disciplinary Australian composer and performer based in the UK. He has several degrees in piano performance and composition from Queensland Conservatorium, Brisbane & the Film Scoring Academy of Europe, Sofia. Jack has written music for several award winning films in Australia and Europe, including ‘The Next One’, (2020) and ‘God In the Sky’, (2021). In 2023, he was shortlisted for an APRA AMCOS Professional Development grant and was awarded the ‘Best Emerging Composer’ prize at the 2023 Apuglia Soundtrack Awards in Carovigno, Italy. He is currently locked in as the composer for a 2025 theatre co-production between Victorian Theatre Company and Brisbane Music Festival in Australia, is working on two film projects still under wraps, and is developing and recording a debut solo album for felt piano to be released in 2025.

Jack has been teaching alongside his career for 4 years in the UK and 3 years in Australia. He specialises in Piano, but is proficient in working with students on drums & percussion, and composition too (for those with the desire). He takes much joy in helping others to achieve their musical goals and believes no two students learn in the same way. He also organises biannual concerts for his private students to practice performance. Jack is a passionate and dedicated educator.
