Ritz Music - Buying Online

How To Order:

You can place your order with us using either of the following methods - (Please note we do not ship to addresses outside the UK)

• Payment via Paypal using credit & debit card
• Via our telephone order hotline on 020 8788-5000 - Monday to Saturday 10am - 6pm

Ordering Process:

Simply browse the store adding your selections to the shopping basket. Every time you choose to add an item to your shopping basket, you will be taken to the basket page so that you can keep an eye on your total so far. Please note that details of our standard Shipping Charges are listed under 'shipping terms' at the bottom of this page.

Don't forget - you can always remove any unwanted items, or change quantities before going to the final checkout screen.

Once you hit the 'checkout' button, you will be guided to a page requesting you to either sign in (if you a returning Ritz Music customer and haven't yet logged in) or enter your details in order to create a new account. Alternatively you can proceed directly to checkout without logging in.

Once you have completed this process, you will be taken to a final 'Order Review' page - which will display the contents of your basket. You will also notice that the shipping charge will now have been applied to your order.
